858.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business of operating a shelter for the homeless without first obtaining a license therefor from the City Clerk.

858.02 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS.
   No person shall own or operate a shelter for the homeless or shall occupy or allow another to occupy any rooming unit in any shelter for the homeless which does not comply with applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations set forth herein and in the Planning and Zoning Code, the Building and Housing Code and the Fire Prevention Code of the City, as well as any other applicable fire and safety regulations.
