866.01 ANNUAL LICENSE REQUIRED.
   All solid waste haulers operating in the City shall be licensed annually by the City.

866.02 LICENSE APPLICATIONS.
   Application for the license required by this chapter shall be made to the City Clerk on forms provided for this purpose. Such application shall be made in the name of the person proposing to operate a business of hauling solid waste. Such license shall include, but not limited to, the name, residential address and business address of each owner or part owner of such business. If either the applicant or the property owner is a corporation, firm, partnership or association, the application shall also state the names and addresses of the officers, directors and registered agents thereof, specifically noting the local person who shall have principal charge of the business operation.

866.03 LICENSE FEES.
   Application for a license required by this chapter shall be accompanied by a fee which shall be determined from time to time by resolution of Council.
