844.01 MOTORCYCLE DEFINED.
   As used in this chapter, "motorcycle" means a motor vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground. "Motorcycle" includes a motor scooter and a bicycle with a motor attached.

844.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business of renting motorcycles in the City without first obtaining a license therefor from the City Clerk as provided in this chapter.

844.03 LOCATION OF AGENCY.
   No person shall engage in the business of renting motorcycles in the City, except in an area zoned industrial business. Within such an area, no person shall engage in the business of renting motorcycles within 500 feet of a residential building. This latter requirement may be waived if the applicant for required by this chapter secures, in writing, the consent of sixty-five percent of the persons residing or doing business on property within 500 feet of the applicant's proposed location.
