804.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Billiard room" means a place open to the public where facilities are furnished for the playing of any variation of the games of billiards and pool.
   (b)   "Bowling" means any of the several games played on a wood surface where a ball is thrown by hand toward wooden pins.
   (c)   "Bowling alley" means a place open to the public where one or more bowling lanes or alleys have been constructed for bowling purposes.

804.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business of operating a billiard room or a bowling alley without first obtaining a license therefor from the City Clerk as provided in this chapter.
