The following restrictions are intended to supplement the requirements of other applicable laws, as set forth in Section 858.02. Unless otherwise stated, and for purposes of application of the BOCA National Building Code, a shelter for the homeless shall be deemed to include a rooming house, and all fees associated with inspections shall be governed by Chapter 210 of the Administration Code of these Codified Ordinances.
