An accurate log or registration shall be kept of all occupants using the shelter. Such log or registration shall be kept current on a daily basis and shall be open to inspection upon demand of the City Manager or his or her designee. Such registration shall identify each and every occupant by name and by such other identification as may be used to verify the identity of the occupant.
