812.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business of selling Christmas trees in the City, or operate a building or yard where Christmas trees are sold in the City, without first obtaining a permit therefor.
812.02 PERMIT APPLICATION.
   Application for a permit shall be made in writing to the Department of Engineering and Building, on forms to be provided by the Department. The application shall be signed by the applicant and shall set forth the location of the premises where Christmas trees will be sold.
812.03 PERMIT FEE; DEPOSIT; ELECTRICAL PERMITS.
   The applicant for a permit under this chapter shall pay a permit fee as set forth in Chapter 210 of the Administration Code for each location where the sale of Christmas trees is conducted. Such applicant shall also make a cash deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) with the City for each location for the purpose of guaranteeing the cleaning up of the premises and removal of any unsold trees or debris therefrom within fifteen days after Christmas of the year in which the permit was taken out. A temporary electrical permit will be required for any electrical wiring installed on each site for the purpose of light, heat or power.
