§ 160.314 PUD REGULATIONS.

   The RE6 form shall also abide by Village or Downtown PUD standards as based on the zoning for the development (see § 160.450 and § 160.449).

§ 160.315 BULK REGULATIONS.

   General requirements. The maximum height and minimum lot requirements within the RE6 form shall be as follows and core and transition areas shall be determined by the PUD initial development plan:

Required Front Yard:	0 feet minimum. Setbacks must be consistent with existing area building footprints. All buildings shall be oriented to street with the exception that existing buildings shall be allowed to maintain the existing building orientation. (See PUD standards in § 160.447.)
Required Rear Yard:	0 feet.
Maximum Height:	Unlimited.
Maximum Size:	Unlimited, but must articulate and break up façade as required.
Required Buffer Yard:	Defined by the PUD initial development plan—see standards in the following sections: § 160.450, § 160.449, § 160.444 (Submittal Elements), § 160.443 (Submittal Process).

Minimum distance between multiple principal buildings on the same lot: 0 feet.

§ 160.316 PEDESTRIAN ACCESS REGULATIONS.

   Development with a RE6 form shall be regulated in conformance with the pedestrian regulation provisions, Shape Sioux Falls Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 5.

   Development with an RE6 form shall be regulated in conformance with the applicable provisions of:

   (a)    § 160.480 (Fences).

   (b)   §§ 160.485 et seq. (Landscape and Buffer Yard).

   (c)   §§ 160.550 et seq. (Parking, Loading, and Stacking Regulations).

   (d)   §§ 160.570 et seq. (On-Premises Sign Regulations).

   (e)   § 160.491 (Standards for Outdoor Lighting).

§ 160.320 SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.

   The regulations set forth in this subchapter or set forth elsewhere in this chapter when referred to in this subchapter are the form regulations of the MU1: Mixed-Use—Low Density.
