244.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established, within the Department of Public Service, a Division of Engineering under the supervision and direction of the City Engineer.

244.02 DUTIES OF CITY ENGINEER.
   The duties and responsibilities of the City Engineer are to supervise and direct the Division of Engineering and its employees in the performance of all engineering services and functions required of it by the Director of Public Service or normally incident to a Department of Engineering, and to perform. such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Director.

244.03 DUTIES OF OTHER OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   The duties and responsibilities of all other officers and employees of the Division of Engineering are the performance of all work assigned to them by the City Engineer.
