The City Engineer is hereby designated as the Municipal official having responsibility for making the annual bridge inspections, keeping the bridge inventory record, making the annual bridge report to Council and making such other reports as are necessary with respect to the City's bridges, as well as carrying out the other duties incumbent upon him as the designated Municipal official provided for in Ohio R. C. 723.54.
