232.08 COUNTY POLICE PROTECTION.

The Chief of Police of the City, is hereby authorized to extend police protection to Allen County, Ohio, and all other political subdivisions located therein, whether townships or municipalities and to those portions of those municipalities which are located partly within and partly without the boundaries of Allen County, Ohio.
