(a) Except as may be otherwise provided by rule of the Lima Municipal Court, the required amount of bail bonds or fines authorized to be received by the Traffic Violations Bureau in the office of the Clerk of the Lima Municipal Court in accordance with the provisions of Section 404.13 shall be as follows and shall in substance be described in any official notice issued by the Police Department with reference to parking violations alleged to have occurred under this Traffic Code. The amounts hereinafter set forth constitute the initial amount, the amount due after ten days from the date of issuance of the notice of violation and the amount due after thirty days from the date of the issuance of such notice.
