232.11 FEE FOR FINGERPRINTING SERVICES.

Any interested party desiring fingerprinting services may obtain such services upon payment to the Police Department of a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each person fingerprinted. No fee shall be charged to representatives of governmental agencies.
