EDITOR'S NOTE: The City executes labor agreements from time to time with recognized representatives of various classes of Municipal employees, which agreements provide for wages, benefits and conditions of employment for such employees. The provisions of this chapter, and Chapter 290, therefore, apply only to those officers and employees of the City, and to those subjects, not otherwise provided for in such agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
