288.14 WITNESS FEES.

No officer or employee of the City shall be entitled to keep any witness fees paid to him or her for services as witness in a case in which the City is a party and the testimony given relates to the duties of such officer or employee. All fees so received shall be turned over to the Finance Director or his or her designee.
