288.03 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter does not purport to provide for the appointment of all officers of the City. However, the provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all officers and offices provided for in any chapter of these Codified Ordinances, in the absence of particular and specific provisions to the contrary.
