288.02 DESIGNATION OF OFFICIALS OF CITY.

All elected officers of the City, all members of the Police Department and of the Fire Department, all officers, all commissioners, all employees whose appointment are made by the City Manager or Mayor with the consent of the City Council, and all officers or deputies required to file official bonds, shall be officials of the City.
