288.23 INCORPORATION OF APPLICABLE STATUTORYPROVISIONS.

All pertinent and applicable provisions of 65 ILCS 5/3-4-1 to 3-4-3, inclusive, 3-7-2, 3-9-4, 3-13-10 and 3-14-1 to 3-14-6, inclusive, as heretofore and hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference, subject to the provisions of Section 202.05(b) of this Administration Code.
