Driveways shall have a maximum grade of 10%. Driveways and curb cuts shall be located not less than three feet from a side lot line. Curb cuts for straight curbs and the flair for rolled curbs shall be three feet wider than the driveway paving on each side. All driveways constructed after June 15, 1993, in conjunction with new home construction shall be constructed of blacktop, concrete, brick or other similar material over a properly constructed driveway base, which shall be approved as to composition and thickness by the Municipal Engineer.
