§ 1250.01 PURPOSE; RESPONSIBILITY OF ENGINEER.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide standards for the construction of improvements within subdivisions. The Municipal or County Engineer, whoever or whichever has jurisdiction, shall ensure that all requirements of §§ 1250.02 through 1250.28 are complied with. (See Figure 17 immediately following these subdivision regulations.)
