§ 1250.08 STREET BASE COURSES.
   A developer has the option of using any of the following base courses, based upon recommendations of the Municipal Engineer as to soil and traffic conditions: aggregate, bituminous aggregate, asphaltic concrete, water-bound macadam, portland cement concrete or another equally suitable base course. Thickness shall be determined by the Municipal Engineer, based upon the physical properties of the base course used and the physical properties of the roadbed. Normally, the standards specified in Figure 20 immediately following these subdivision regulations shall be considered minimum.
