A subdivider shall design and construct improvements according to standards not less than those outlined in these subdivision regulations. The work shall be done under municipal supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Municipal Engineer. The minimum requirements for materials shall be in accordance with the standards of the current edition of Construction and Material Specifications of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation and the requirements of the State Department of Health. All inspection costs shall be paid by the subdivider.
