§ 1250.10 PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENTS.
   If a subdivider elects to construct streets totally of portland cement concrete or if such a pavement is required by the Municipal Engineer, a thickness of six inches for local and collector streets and seven inches for arterial, commercial and industrial streets is required. The Planning Commission may require pavement of greater thickness, upon the recommendation of the Municipal Engineer, based upon his or her evaluation of the subgrade, traffic and wheel load conditions.
