The Director of Public Safety may designate civilian employees of the Police Division, employees of the Division of Traffic Engineering and Parking and employees of the Division of Parking Facilities to enforce all parking regulations of the City including those relative to Municipal parking facilities and to issue citations for any violation thereof.
