§ 403.08 Littering Enforcement

Upon the request of the Commissioner of the Division of Health, the Director of Public Safety may designate employees of the Division of Traffic Engineering and Parking to enforce Sections 551.24, 613.02, 613.03, 613.05 and 613.14 of the Codified Ordinances, and to issue citations for any violation thereof.
