§ 385.37 Definition
   “Combustible fibers” means fibrous materials which are highly flammable such as hay, straw, broomcorn, hemp, tow, jute, sisal, moss, paper, rags, excelsior, hair, kapok, oakum, cotton, henequen, ixtle, cocoa fiber, and wheat straw.
