4-228-060 Presumption that motor vehicle repair business exists.

   For purposes of this chapter, there is hereby created a rebuttable presumption that a motor vehicle repair business is owned, maintained, conducted, operated or engaged in when, during any five-day period, three or more motor vehicles are repaired in, on, or about a building, structure, premises, enclosure or other place.
