COMMERCIAL DRIVEWAYS

§ 158.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

   Contained herein are policies and regulations for the location and design of commercial driveways to be placed on a city right of way by highway use permits and as a design guide for highway construction projects.

§ 158.02 AUTHORITY.

   Highway use permits for the use or occupancy of a city street right of way may be granted, upon formal application, by the City Engineer.
