§ 158.26 RESIDENCE DRIVES.
   (A)   Residence drives shall be paved from the edge of new pavement to the point where the grade of the new drive intersects the grade of the existing drive, or on relocated drives to the point where the geometric limits of the new drive meet the existing drive.
   (B)   Residence drives having an existing hard surface or an existing aggregate surface when replaced or improved shall be replaced with a pavement of a similar type, insofar as practicable, using one of the following designs for the portion beyond the flared apron:
      (1)   6"   452 plain Portland cement concrete.
      (2)   2"   404 asphalt concrete.
            408 prime coat using 0.4 gallon RT-2 or RT-3 per square yard.
         6"   304 aggregate base or 7" 411 stabilized crushed aggregate.
      (3)   1"   404 asphalt concrete.
         4"   301 bituminous aggregate base.
      (4)   8"   411 or 304 aggregate base.
