(A) No motor vehicle shall be operated on the following public ways or portions of public ways:

Farmer's Hill | From Adams Street to an intersection at the corner of Fee and High Streets. |
Liberty Avenue | Beginning at a point 1,007' west of the intersection of Liberty Avenue and U. S. Highway 25 and extending from that point 93' west to the edge of Haiti Road. |
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating this section shall be guilty of a violation, and shall be fined not less than ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for each offense.
