Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 83A.065, provisions concerning motor vehicle parking in Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 40 of this Code may be enforced by any sworn peace officer, any park security officers duly authorized by the Mayor or the chief of police, and any other city employee, agent, or officer specifically authorized to enforce city ordinances concerning motor vehicle parking by the Mayor or police chief.
