ARTICLE I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 40.001 DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a vehicle upon or across any sidewalk except at a permanent or temporary driveway.

§ 40.002 U-TURNS PROHIBITED
   It shall be unlawful for any person to turn his vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction at the following intersections:
   Chestnut and Broadway Streets

§ 40.003 MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN PUBLIC WAYS
   (A)   No motor vehicle shall be operated on the following public ways or portions of public ways:

Beginning at a point 1,007' west of the intersection of Liberty Avenue and U. S. Highway 25 and extending from that point 93' west to the edge of Haiti Road.
 
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating this section shall be guilty of a violation, and shall be fined not less than ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for each offense.
