A. The provisions of this section hereby specifically incorporate the provisions of 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-74.4-4(n), as now or hereafter amended, the same as though each were specifically set forth herein.
B. If the public official, employee or family member fails or refuses to disclose his interest in any real property within a TIF project area or otherwise violates any of the provisions of this section, the public official or employee shall be subject to penalties and sanctions as otherwise provided under this code of ethics or the village code, as may be applicable.
