All public officials and public employees shall file a statement of economic interests with the village clerk before entering upon the duties of office or employment and annually thereafter at the same time that the public official or public employee is required to file a disclosure of economic interests with the county clerk in conformance with the Illinois governmental ethics act, or at such time as may otherwise be established by the village clerk.
