BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
December 13, 2017 Synopsis 
The Williamstown Township Board of Trustees held its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Township hall, with Supervisor Bloomquist, Treasurer Cutshaw, Clerk Steinberg, and Trustee Kane present.  Trustees Duffy, Eyster, and Williams were absent. The Board approved the consent agenda consisting of the minutes of the November 8, 2017  Board Meeting , the Minutes of November Planning Commission Meeting and the following reports:  accounts payable paid, accounts payable for approval, payroll paid, revenue and expenditure report, November revenue report,  building inspector’s report,  the Police report and acknowledged receipt of the Treasurer’s November report .  The following additional Board actions were taken:
Approved the Food Policy revisions to be incorporated into the Financial Policy.
Approved Resolution 117 to waive the collection of fines for late filing of Property transfer affidavits.
Approved the pre-payment of $10,000 for the Williamstown-Locke Drain to be expended from 401-101-982.
Approved the expenditure of a maximum $4400 for the budgeted recommended upgrades to Township Computers and software to be expensed from 101-191-980 and 728 (elections), 101-215-980 and 728 (Clerk) and 101-253-980 and 728 (Treasurer).
Approved the expenditure of $2036.88 for the remaining balance for the drain assessment from GL 101-441-813 (Drains-at-large).
The next meeting of the Board is a regular Board meeting on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Township boardroom at 4990 Zimmer Road.
