Applications for wetland use permits, wetland verification and delineation under this chapter shall be accompanied by an application fee in an amount specified by resolution of the Township Board. In the absence of such a resolution, fees shall be paid in an amount to cover the expenses of professional review, inspection and enforcement, publication of notices, and other expenses related to implementation of this chapter on a specific parcel or in connection with a specific development proposal.
