The owner of any property for which a wetland use permit was applied for under this chapter and was denied, may request revaluation of the affected property by the Township Board of Review for assessment purposes to determine its fair market value under the use restriction. A landowner who is aggrieved by a determination, action, or inaction under this chapter may protest and appeal that determination, action or inaction pursuant to the General Property Tax Act, Act No. 206 of the Public Acts of 1893, being M.C.L.A. §§ 211.1 to 211.157.
