§ 92.26 INCINERATORS FOR DOMESTIC USE.
   A domestic fire is any fire around the home or on the site surrounding the home. No person shall set or cause to be set, burn or cause to be burned, any paper, trash, rubbish or other material on domestic premises, unless confined within a fireproof container constructed of metal or masonry, no larger than 55 gallons in size, equipped with an effective means for arresting sparks, and having openings no larger than three-quarters of an inch. The burners shall not be located less than 25 feet from any building or property line. Pursuant to § 92.22, incinerator use shall not cause foul odors.
