§ 92.25 INCINERATORS FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL FIRES.
   (A)   A commercial or industrial fire is any fire, located in or on premises that are used for commercial or industrial purposes, where the fire is used to burn only the combustible materials that are generated by the business on the premises.
   (B)   Any burning on a commercial or industrial property shall be confined within a fireproof incinerator that complies with the requirements of the International Fire Code and Michigan Building Code, which shall be subject to inspection by the Township Building Official.
