§ 92.23 DAILY STARTING AND ENDING TIMES.

(A) Fires may not be started prior to sunrise. Campfires shall be extinguished completely by midnight each night. All other fires shall be extinguished by 9:00 p.m. each night.

(B) Notwithstanding the starting and ending times specified in this section, burning shall always adhere to the time limits specified in any permit that has been issued.
