§ 91.08 PUBLIC NUISANCES; EMERGENCY ABATEMENT; COSTS.

(A) The Township Supervisor, or his or her agent, may act to abate a public nuisance without giving notice, as specified in § 91.03, if the public health, safety or welfare requires immediate action.

(B) The cost of abating the nuisance shall be charged as specified in § 91.05.
