§ 90.05 LIEN UPON PROPERTY.
   (A)   Costs incurred by Williamstown Township or the Fire Department pursuant to this chapter shall constitute a lien upon the property for which costs are incurred, including both real and personal property if the owner or owner's lessee or licensee causes or contributes to the deposit of hazardous material, substance or waste upon the property.
   (B)   If the cost of cleanup is not paid to Williamstown Township within three months after the same is due, the Williamstown Township Treasurer or his or her designee, prior to May 1 of each year, shall certify to the Tax Assessing Officer of Williamstown Township the total amount of the delinquent charges.
   (C)   The Williamstown Township Treasurer shall enter the delinquent charges upon the next general township tax roll as a charge against the premises and the liens thereon shall be enforced in the same manner as provided by law for delinquent and unpaid taxes.
