A. Stormwater Management Regulations. Development in Williamstown Township shall comply with the stormwater management design and construction standards used by the Ingham County Drain Commissioner, as set forth in the Drain Commissioner’s Standards for Stormwater Management: Systems, Procedures and Design Criteria, as amended, which are hereby adopted by reference.
B. Stormwater Management Plan. In accordance with the requirements of the Standards for Stormwater Management System: Systems, Procedures and Design Criteria, a stormwater management plan shall be submitted as part of the plat, condominium, or site plan review process. The stormwater management plan is subject to review and approval by the Ingham County Drain Commissioner’s office and Williamstown Township.
