The Township
shall have the following responsibilities and authority pursuant to this Ordinance.
A. Creation. The Township
is created pursuant to Michigan Public Act 33 of 2008, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 through 125.3885, as amended, the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, and Township Ordinance 15. In accordance with § 11 of Act 168, the
