§ 26.07 NONMOTORIZED PATHWAYS.
   The may require the construction of a nonmotorized pathway along M-43. All nonmotorized pathways shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the and the MDOT. On each site there shall be a pedestrian connection between the nonmotorized pathway and the entrance to the , with safe delineation of pedestrian and vehicular circulation areas.
