A. The intent of the B-2, Commercial Center District is to provide for commercial
that offers a broad range of goods and services to meet the convenience and comparison shopping needs of
residents. Because of the variety of businesstypes permitted in the B-2 District, special attention must be focused on site layout,
design, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, and coordination of site features between adjoining uses. Accordingly, Commercial Center
should be:
• Compatible in design with adjacent commercial

B. The intent of the B-2 District is to allow certain state-licensed residential facilities for adults, where compatibility with adjacent commercial development can be achieved through site layout,
