§ 2.02 ALLOWABLE AND PROHIBITED USES.

   A.   Allowable uses. Only the following uses of land, buildings , or structures shall be allowed in the township :

      1.   Uses lawfully established on the effective date of this Ordinance.

      2.   Uses for which a building permit had been issued in accordance with § 29.08.

      3.   Permitted principal and accessory uses in the applicable zoning districts , subject to the requirements specified.

      4.   Conditional and special uses in the applicable zoning districts , subject conditions and requirements specified.

      5.   Temporary uses subject to the requirements specified in § 2.07.

      6.   Uses and structures that are not expressly permitted in this Ordinance are prohibited.

   B.   Prohibited uses. The following uses, as defined in § 1.03, shall not be allowed anywhere in the Township:

      1.   Medical marijuana dispensaries .

      2.   Medical marijuana cooperatives .

      3.   Medical marijuana grow facilities .

      4.   Medical marijuana compassion club .
