§ 50.109 INDUSTRIAL SAMPLING CHARGES.

There shall be an additional charge for any necessary flow monitoring or laboratory testing of industrial wastewaters. In addition, in the event of failure by the customer to provide proper data as required under applicable sections of this chapter, the township may perform the monitoring and laboratory testing and charge the customer for the service.
