(A) The minimum equivalent factor for commercial and industrial users shall be one.
(B) Equivalent units for users not originally contained in the table may be added thereto from time to time by resolution of the City of Williamston.
(C) Where multiple businesses exist at one location, the various businesses shall be combined for determining the equivalent units at the location unless the various businesses have individual meters.
