§ 50.033 WHERE SEWER NOT AVAILABLE.
   Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of §§ 50.015 through 50.017, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sanitary sewer disposal system which shall be approved by the Ingham County District Health Department.
